Here we are using the UTP to transfer the data from mfgtool to device. But seems it has support for only kernel 4.9 kernel . We are using the 5.10 linux kernel there i dont find the FSL_UTP driver. The RPi bootloader already prepares the device tree depending on the options in the file config.txt of the boot partition, including dt-overlays and including bootargs specified in cmdline.txt.
