WebOathblade is really good pre-level 29. The morning lord's and nightmother's longswords are acceptable at 29 since you can get them for "basically" free. Soulrazor is really good, but rather time consuming to farm. I second Oathblade. It's above and beyond for how early you get it. Just get to schism farming asap.
