The heat hub is controlled form a Huawei 4g Router (There is no land line to the VH) A couple of times I have lost connection via the Wiser app, but a quick call to the help line have resolved the issue. I have no problem recommending Drayton Controls and Wiser. Date of experience: 27 May 2024
