WebApr 10, 2024 · they are almost as small as the Firestar M43 Also tested the mags with my 9mm Ultrastar... you CAN use the .40 mags in a 9mm...worked great! but you can't use the 9mm mags to hold .40-S&W... the ridge on the side prevents it...bummer. Downside is I've got 5 of the 9mm mags...and two .40-S&W mags... ah well, can't win 'em all WebSep 21, 2010 · Most who do not do custom work only make holsters for some more common models, such as the PD and Firestars. The more generic/cheap the holster or maker, the more likely an incorrect gun will fit. Firestars and most decent-sized B & P series Stars will fit in 1911 or High-Power holsters.

I only had to use hammer and brass punch to ease the Trijicon front in. The rear sight fit right in and was screwed in.
