In roughly 5000 mile of towing with this hitch over the last three seasons I have had many problems with the hitch, the main one being the "D" Pins that hold the bars in place have started to sheer off. I recently switched to the 800-1200 bars and reset the entire hitch. After doing that, the new bars weren't under as much tension, still provided the same sway and WD properties but the noise went away.
