WebEligibility Criteria • Any beneficiary of IHS health care services • Have lived on the Navajjyo Nation for at least 5 years • 14 to 45 years of age • Confirmed pregnancy • Plan to receive prenatal care and deliver at one of the following facilities: ChinleComprehensive Health Care Facility (includes Tsaile, Pinonand Rock Point) Tséhootsooí Medical Center (Ft.
