Webb1 mars 2024 · I have been using the Philips 499P for last one year with my Dell XPS 9500 connecting with a USB C cable which came with the Philips 499P monitor. My resolution was all right. Now when i formatted my Dell XPS 9500 the resolution has dropped and the screen is showing all large icons when i connect it with my USB C cable.
